Monthly Membership Cancellation, Rollover & Pause Policy
Monthly memberships automatically renew each month using the payment method on file.
To cancel, members must submit their cancellation request at least 7 days before their next billing date. Requests received less than 7 days before the next billing date will take effect after the upcoming billing cycle. Payments that have already been processed are non-refundable.
Memberships cannot be paused, frozen, or temporarily suspended. If you know you'll be unable to attend for an extended period, you may cancel your membership and purchase a new membership when you're ready to return.
Class credits are valid only during the monthly billing cycle in which they are issued. Unused credits do not roll over to the following month and cannot be extended, transferred, shared, refunded, or reinstated. No exceptions.
Monthly memberships are valid for regularly scheduled weekly classes only. Workshops, special events, and other specialty offerings are not included and require separate registration and payment.
Memberships are for one student only and may not be shared or used to register another person.
3 Month Unlimited Policy
The 3 Month Unlimited Pass is valid for three consecutive months beginning on the date of purchase and includes unlimited regularly scheduled weekly classes during the active pass period.
The pass is non-refundable and cannot be paused, frozen, extended, transferred, or shared. Missed time due to travel, illness, scheduling conflicts, or other circumstances does not extend the expiration date.
The pass is valid for one student only and may not be used to register another person.
The 3 Month Unlimited Pass is valid for regularly scheduled weekly classes only. Workshops, special events, and other specialty offerings are not included and require separate registration and payment.
Class reservations are subject to availability and studio capacity; advance registration is recommended.
