Have you ever wanted to learn more about meditation or begin a practice at home but didn't feel like you had the tools? Or maybe you’ve been looking for ways to take your meditation practice deeper. This workshop is for you. Join Chrissy for this 90 minute intro workshop into the basics of meditation. In this workshop, we’ll explore the foundations of meditation as we discover principles of mindfulness, guided meditations as well as techniques for cultivating a regular meditation practice. We’ll learn how to focus attention through breath, body and mind to experience the benefits of meditation including a more regulated nervous system, improved focus and the development of increased self-awareness. Utilizing several traditional methods of meditation including Vipassana and breathwork, we’ll examine the benefits of breath awareness, body scans and focused attention, giving participants tools to develop an at-home practice. The world can feel loud sometimes. Meditation offers a reprieve. Let this workshop be an opportunity to step away, find your center and reclaim your peace within.

Cancellation Policy
1. Class Bookings: We recommend reserving your spot in advance, as space is limited. Walk-ins are welcome when space allows; 2. Class Passes: Class passes are non-transferable—each student must have their own pass. If someone would like to join you for class, they’re always welcome to purchase their own pass or pay the drop-in rate. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep things simple and fair for everyone!; 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you can’t make it to class, no worries! You’re welcome to reschedule for another day, as long as you do so before the class starts. Missed classes without notice will not be eligible for rescheduling; 4. Workshops & Special Events: All sales are final for workshops and events. We’re unable to offer refunds, but you may transfer your registration to another date (if offered) or to a friend—just let us know; 5. Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any purchases, including drop-ins, class passes or special events. We understand that life happens, so if you’re unable to attend your scheduled class or session, you’re always welcome to reschedule for another day that works for you. We appreciate your understanding and support; 6. Late Arrivals: For your safety and the experience of the group, we ask that you arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be admitted after class begins; 7. Weather or Studio Closures: In the rare case that we need to cancel a class due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a credit or the opportunity to reschedule.
