Service Description
This practice will build heat with sun salutes and transition into an invigorating, healing, detoxifying flow that both inspires the body to loosen and awaken, as well as the mind for clarity and focus. Come with a playful spirit and open heart and mind. Kelly will lead an ALL LEVELS class with options for everyone to modify to make the practice hotter or cooler depending on your needs for the day. There will always be a well-earned savasana.

Cancellation Policy
1. Class Bookings: We recommend reserving your spot in advance, as space is limited. Walk-ins are welcome when space allows; 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you can’t make it to class, no worries! You’re welcome to reschedule for another day, as long as you do so before the class starts. Missed classes without notice will not be eligible for rescheduling; 3. Workshops & Special Events: All sales are final for workshops and events. We’re unable to offer refunds, but you may transfer your registration to another date (if offered) or to a friend—just let us know; 4. Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any purchases, including drop-ins, class passes or special events. We understand that life happens, so if you’re unable to attend your scheduled class or session, you’re always welcome to reschedule for another day that works for you. We appreciate your understanding and support; 5. Late Arrivals: For your safety and the experience of the group, we ask that you arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be admitted after class begins; 6. Weather or Studio Closures: In the rare case that we need to cancel a class due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a credit or the opportunity to reschedule.
